MR. VINCENT PIARULLI
Vincent Piarulli is the founder and president of PIRAD Technologies (now X-Feds, Inc.), an engineering and business consulting company, which provided engineering services to Navy Information System and Information Security programs in the Department of Defense. Mr. Piarulli has extensive experience in both the SPAWAR and other Naval Commands, leading the design and implementation of the Navy's leading edge information technology and information security related C4ISR systems. His involvement has included information technology strategic planning, wired and wireless network architecture development, and information security engineering services for multiple Department of Navy customers.
Prior to founding X-Feds, Mr. Piarulli was the Assistant Program Manager and Chief Engineer for the Naval Shipboard Networks Program, located at SPAWAR. He is also a member of the Acquisition Professional Community and holds DAWIA certifications in Program Management, Systems Engineering, and Test and Evaluation.
MR. ERIC DEGRAFF
Eric DeGraff founded HGG Consulting Services (HGG) that is also a business and engineering consulting company. HGG (now X-Feds, Inc.) has provided engineering services to SPAWAR for ForceNet Networks and Communications, the F/A-18 program, and the Navy's Tactical Data Link Program. Mr. DeGraff has provided program planning and strategic planning services to a number of commercial companies and defense contractors such as General Dynamics (multiple divisions), Hewlett Packard, et al to help guide their efforts in their approach to various Navy programs.
Prior to founding X-Feds, Mr. DeGraff has held Program Manager and engineering positions with such programs as NMCI, BLII, F/A-18, UAV-MR, and DMS. He holds DAWIA Level 3 certifications in Program Management, Systems Engineering, and Test and Evaluation.
